Dinner. I did not have anything exciting to eat this evening, so I am reminiscing about The Best Spaghetti I’ve Ever Eaten. From a small restaurant in Miami while I was traveling for interviews last year. The hostess seemed concerned that I was eating alone, but the night walking around in Miami’s heat was just what I needed. And this meal… I still dream about it. The pasta was perfectly el dente, the sauce was delicious, and the basil was fresh.
